GNDI Global Passport
The Mauritius Institute of Directors is a member of the Global Network of Director Institutes (GNDI), an international collaboration of membership organisations sharing expertise in corporate governance and professional director development.
Members of the Mauritius Institute of Directors can now take advantage of the new global program launched by the Global Network of Director Institutes (GNDI) which will unlock access to benefits and governance resources for directors from around the world.
The Global Passport allows directors who are members of their GNDI home country member organisation to access benefits from affiliated director institutes at discounted rates. Benefits include subscriptions to member-only publications, online governance resources, special pricing for events and director registry services, among others.
The Global Passport program provides opportunities for directors to learn from their international colleagues and to keep current on global business and governance trends that affect their organisations.
GNDI enables directors worldwide to stay abreast of leading practices as well as current and emerging governance issues. It is designed to foster closer cooperation between its members, who are globally recognised for their pre-eminence in board and director development activity and collectively represent more than 100,000 individual directors.
GNDI is an international network of 15 director institutes and was established in December 2012 to foster closer cooperation between its members, who are each recognized as the primary institute for directors and governance in their respective country.

Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD)
International Membership: fee of $240 AUD annually with joining fee waived. Benefits include:
- monthly editions of Company Director magazine in hardcopy and/or via the mobile app,
- an invitation to the world’s largest annual director event, the Essential Director Update,
- an invitation to participate in the 13,000+ member online LinkedIn group,
- access to the online Director Resource Centre and Self-assessment Tool and;
